Minor Rant

There are a few things I need to get off my chest:
1. I am very disappointed in Gwen Stefani these days.
2. I just can't seem to get into Desperate Housewives, but damn do I love Grey's Anatomy.
3. UPS customer service = fairly inept (especially with giving directions), but very friendly nevertheless. Sprint customer service = completely inept, unable to speak or understand English (Pretty sure dude's name was not Victor. Also pretty sure "Victor" lives in another country [my guess is India judging from accent] as he did not seem to understand that Chicago is a city). I hate Sprint right now. Hate. Fucking outsourcing.
